Weekly dance classes for adults in Leroc (aka modern jive) are held at Axminster Guildhall on Wednesday evenings. The classes are relaxed and have a nice friendly atmosphere. There is air conditioning. Squash and water are provided or feel free to bring your own refreshments.
Even if you are a complete beginner with two left feet - you are welcome! Just turn up on any Wednesday evening, with or without a partner, ready for 8.00pm. The cost of admission covers the whole session, including all classes, beginner coaching and practice/freestyle dancing to music.
The class has been running since 04-Jan-2006 and is taught by Russell Payne, also attracting dancers from neighbouring towns in East Devon (Honiton, Seaton and Ottery St. Mary) and West Dorset areas of Bridport and Lyme Regis, plus Chard in Somerset.
We also run weekly classes in Yeovil and Dorchester, if either is more convenient for you.

Large (Co-Op) car park opposite the Guildhall, free parking in evening.
